Ezekiel 3:17
Christianity is not a self absorbed self focused walk with God. True Christianity concerns itself with the interest of others. In fact our personal and God success with God is attributed to how well we look out for the interest of others. God's says to Ezekiel that He made him a watchman for the nation. The welfare of the nation hinged largely on Ezekiel's care and compassion for the people of God. God's personal pleasure with him was based in how he watched for other. The extent that we care for others is the extent that God is please us.
